• Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. Freight is FOB Frankfort, NY & shipped insured unless declined. Multiple shipments, including partial shipments, may incur additional freight charges which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Fiberdyne Labs is not responsible for shipping & handling if order is shipped late or shipping method is incorrect.
• Return Policy: No returns after 30 days, All returns require an RMA number and may be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee, custom made products are non-cancelable & non-returnable. Returned items must be unused.
• All sales are subject to Credit Department approval. Lead times are estimated & may change based on the order date.
• Fiberdyne Labs must receive a hard copy PO for all orders. If you are confirming via email you must reply to the attached copy of the order & reference the quote number. Credit card orders require written permission for Fiberdyne to charge the credit card provided.
